1. About the marketplace

• GoTech Market is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent merchants.
• Products are listed, sold, and fulfilled by the merchants. GoTech Market facilitates the platform but is not the seller of merchant products.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details up to date in My Profile.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to make a purchase.

3. Orders

• Each shopping cart and order may contain items from a single merchant only.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. The order is confirmed once the merchant approves your payment.
• Merchants may decline or cancel an order (e.g. out-of-stock items or an invalid payment receipt).

4. Pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and set by the merchant. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
• Payment is made by manual DuitNow transfer to the merchant, after which you upload your payment receipt as proof.
• You are responsible for transferring the exact amount shown and for the accuracy of the receipt you submit.
• Submitting false or altered payment proof is prohibited and may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

• Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy.
• Returns and refunds are described in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the service.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the platform belong to GoTech Market or the respective merchants and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• To the extent permitted by law, GoTech Market is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of merchant products, or for disputes between buyers and merchants.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
